The service
Easilydone is a WhatsApp-based service that helps small-business owners follow up on what they are owed and what they need to do: work reminders they set for themselves, saving contact details from business-card photos, and sending invoices and scheduled payment reminders to their buyers.
Who can use it
Easilydone is for business owners aged 18 or over.
Your responsibilities
- Only add buyers you have a real business relationship with and permission to message.
- Keep invoice details accurate.
- Do not use Easilydone for spam or for anything unlawful.
Payments
Easilydone is not a debt-collection service. Easilydone never holds or handles payments between a business and its buyers; those payments go directly from the buyer to the business owner.
WhatsApp is provided by Meta under Meta's own terms.
The service is provided as is
Easilydone is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
Ending use
Either you or we may end your use of Easilydone at any time.
Law
Indian law applies to these terms.
