What Easilydone is
Easilydone is a WhatsApp-based service that helps small-business owners follow up on what they are owed and what they need to do: work reminders they set for themselves, saving contact details from business-card photos, and sending invoices and scheduled payment reminders to their buyers.
Data we collect
- The WhatsApp phone number and profile name of people who message our number.
- The message content we need to do what you asked, such as reminder text and times.
- Photos you send (bills and business cards) and the details read from them.
- For business owners: business details, invoices, your buyers' names and phone numbers, and the status of payment reminders.
- Team members' phone numbers (for task messages).
- Suppliers' phone numbers (for bids and purchase orders).
- Website form data: GST number, registration document and contact mobile number.
- Messages sent from a business's own WhatsApp number on its behalf.
- Dashboard login details.
- Basic technical logs.
Why we use it
- To provide the service.
- To reply to your messages.
- For security and to prevent abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
Automated processing
Google Cloud services read messages and images to carry out the action you requested. Your data is not used to train AI models, and it is never sold.
Service providers
We use these providers to run Easilydone. Some of them are outside India.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform)
- Google Cloud (AI and image reading)
- Railway (hosting)
- Resend (email)
- Cloudflare (file storage)
- Amazon Web Services (email for website forms and file uploads)
If a business sends you invoices or reminders
If you are a buyer who receives invoices or payment reminders through Easilydone, your details come from the business that invoiced you. You can reply STOP at any time to stop messages from the Easilydone WhatsApp number.
If you receive messages from a business's own WhatsApp number, contact that business, or write to rohan@aizyantra.com and we will stop them.
Stopping messages
- Reply STOP to stop messages from the Easilydone WhatsApp number. Reminders you set for yourself continue.
- Reply START to turn messages back on.
- "Stop promotions" stops marketing messages only.
How long we keep data
We keep data while the account is in use and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. We delete it on request.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, withdraw your consent, and seek redressal of grievances. Send requests to rohan@aizyantra.com. We respond within 30 days.
Deleting your data
Email rohan@aizyantra.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the WhatsApp number or email address registered for your business so we can find your account. We will confirm by email once your data is deleted.
Children
Easilydone is not for people under 18.
